Making space for yourself is the first step toward strength and balance.

I’m Monica Watler. I help people who no longer want to push through aches and exhaustion learn how to restore energy, ease tension, and move with confidence.
I know what it feels like to carry everyone else’s needs while quietly pushing your own aside. For many of us, midlife brings new challenges — caring for aging parents, supporting grown kids, juggling work and home, all while navigating the subtle changes in our own bodies.
It’s easy to feel stretched thin, tired, or a little less steady than before. I’ve been there too, and I’ve seen it in so many of the people I work with. That’s why I chose this path: to help people make space for themselves and find ease, strength, and confidence again through yoga therapy.
I’ve been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years. I’m a yoga therapist and yoga teacher, with specialized training in children’s yoga and yoga for healthy aging. You can learn more about my training and qualifications here.
Over time, I’ve come to understand that the real benefits of yoga are what you take with you off the mat — moving with more ease, breathing more fully, and living with a greater sense of calm and confidence.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, steadier, and more at ease, I’d love to support you. Together, we’ll create a practice that feels like it truly belongs to you — one that helps you age with confidence and joy.
